Ati control center

My ati control center is no where to be found please help, when i click on the desktop i can't see it but it's really installed in the contro panel, i have acer 6530G ati radeon 3650 what should i do i am really fed up

Have you tried opening it from Start - All Programs - then hover the mouse over Catalyst control center and click on CCC ?
