ATI Display Drivers

ATI Display Drivers \W CCC SO SLOW.

Whats my problem... well i have been using Omega Drivers for ever, but recently when i tried playing Sims 2... it said no Drivers\Software Compatable with DirectX 9.0C installed.(or something)

So, i went to DXDIAG, went to Display, looked down to find DDI is 7... (directx version or something? )
Usally its at 9... So, im like hm, i reinstall them same thing, so i go to ATI\AMD (w\e) and install the ATI 9200\9250) drivers, and i Install CCC with it, restart my comp, run Sims 2... ITS SO SLOW. i get 15-20 FPS, i use to get 25\50... Does anyone know why my Omega Drivers have stopped working?

My new error is even the ATI Drivers ARE SCREWING!!! HELP!?
