This question has been asked a couple times with no solution being
posted. I have the same question:

"Is there any way to get the ATI DVD player to run on Monitor #2? I
can
move the controls, but the actual window where the movie runs just
will not leave the primary window..."

This is one of the primary reasons I went to this setup. TV Wonder
Pro displays fine on the 2nd display.
