Ati FireGL v8650 problem

Hello,
I've bought this card from the internet and it arrived with the black part broken. The one that's underneath the board, I think it's connected with the cooling system of the video card. So my question is, where can I find a replacement part or is there anything aftermarket that I can replace it with? I thinks so...some kind of heat-conducting alloy or something.

Still looking for solution. But where did you buy it from then ? No RMA possibilty ?

It is for cooling and i can't find a replacement part. Maybe try AMD. If you can't rma it and cannot fix it maybe a solution will be to put a fan above or under it blowing cold air to the remaining plate. No idea if this will work and if it cools enough though.
