Ati graphic card serial numbers

My ATI graphics card (installed in a DELL Optiplex PC) is defective and I need to identify the model name/number to select a replacement and or an upgrade. The card has been removed from the PC, and so I can not us the system software to identify and display the card identity. I assume that this is possible to determine visually however from the card's S/N and P/N data:
S/N 280549006858 and P/N 102A2604400 000002
The label on the card only shows the above S/N and P/N and nothing else.

Thanks to all for providing that id for my RADEON X600 128MB.
I need to replace my defective card. Can anybody recommend an upgrade that will still fit into my Dell Optiplex (can only take low profile cards) and meet the specs of the graphic card slot formerly occupied by the RADEON X600?
