ATI Graphics Drivers Problem!

Hello Everyone! Ever Since I Fresh Installed Windows 8 on my aging desktop i have been unable to run ANY games due to my graphics drivers being outdated. however my graphics drivers are non existant as i find it imposible to install them!

When I Run The AMD Driver Installer It Says Right at the end that the install was completed with warnings. So when games still wont run i tryed again and all the packages were installed exept the one labeled AMD Graphics Drivers. I Have NO idea what to do!!! here is my GPU Info and system info after it

**NOTE** During The Posting Of This Thread My PC Crashed and the audio made a Glitching sound. the whole display froze and then it shut off. the system booted normally tho

does your ageing desktop actually have windows 8 support ??? or does that old hardware have any driver support for windows 8 ??

according to amd this is the only newest driver for your card and 8 [13.1]

you need to find the correct graphics driver for Win 8
probably none exists for obsolete graphics cards so try Windows 7 (or Vista driver)

before installing it try to uninstall all traces of failed driver & reboot

before re installing
right click on installer from Windows Explorer and look for option to check compatibilty of program
run this test and then run setup and it may work

I had success with an obsolete Radeon x 1550 on Win 10 trial
the set up by itself failed before trying compatibility tester

this is probably driver for W 7 x86 (32 bit version) for your graphics card

If that fails try driver from manufacturer of graphics card instead of AMD
(sometimes they are tweaked from AMD version)
