Ati hd 4670 or Nvidia 9600gt?

Hi, I'm looking forward to buying a new graphic's card for a really, really old PC for under $100. So i wanted to know which one would be suitable. I like to play game's like cod4, soon codmw2,css,cod5 stuff like that.


CPU: Amd Athlon 64 x2 3400+
RAM:1gb
GPU: Nvidia 6150le
PSU:250w

PS: I cant really upgrade anything but the Video Card..well probably RAM or PSU which ever one i need the most! PLZZ REPLY XD

gah the problem is that if i buy a new PSU around 500w i doubt it will fit in my mini tower case. and i was trying to play it safe going with ati card's since my CPU suck's cuz i heard ati card's work gr8 with AMD processor's. At first i was gonna get the Ati hd 4770 but i thought that it was to big and to expensive for me 😛

PPl say that the 4670 can run with a 250w+ psu 😵?
