Question ATI HD3450 as a placeholder

Hi, so the question is, can I use this card with an i5 9400f while I get another gpu?, no gaming at all, only ms office 2010, youtube and Facebook on windows 7, my main concern is if the video playback will be smooth (YT and FB videos), display is 1280x720, not even full hd, could this work? Thanks guys!!

Surely you're building a system around the i5-9400f, how much does your build come up to? What sort of a GPU would you be purchasing in the not so distant future(since you mentioned the HD3450 being a placeholder)?

It's a new build but not a gaming machine really, maybe a medium level gpu, the thing is, if the 3450 does an OK job I could wait and shop around longer, if it's an awful experience I'd rather wait and buy the whole system later

It's an office machine so 8gb of ram and 240gb ssd maybe, main thing is if it can work OK with the 3450 that I already have laying around it would be helpful but if it is a really crappy experience I prefer to wait and do more planning for the whole system instead, thank you
