ATI HD4650 (1024MB) Crossfire on Asus p5k mobo

Hi!
I'm an owner of a motherboard (Asus P5K)with Palit HD4650 (1024MB)video card. I am planning to purchase an identical video card (Palit HD4650) (1024MB) card and have it operate in a crossfire system, is it okay?

Should n`t be a problem, although the second (black) PCI-E slot will only run in X4 mode with Crossfire enabled but I doubt a HD4650 will be fast enough to saturate the bandwidth.
Although I am wondering why you are going this way when a single HD4850 would give similar performance without the inevitable Crossfire penalties?

I would either step down to the HD 4650 512MB or step up to the HD 4670 512MB.

1GB of VRAM for a low end video card is simply a waste of money.
