I have an Asus Rampage II Extreme Motherboard, I currently have 2 ATI Radeon HD 4850's in Crossfire mode in Windows 7. I Just Recently purchased a Nvidia Geforce 650 TI Boost 2gb card and my motherboard supports Multi GPU Is it possible to link one of these with the Nvidia card or all three perhaps? Any information to help me with this would be greatly appreciated!

i wouldnt. i am not saying it would do anything bad, but you never know. Bottom line, they must be the same cards to link together. However, i know that an editor for linus tech tips uses a quaddro for rendering and two titans (titans in sli) and quaddro is not. In order to SLI or Crossfire cards together, they must be the exact same model, brand does not matter. you just unplug the card you do not want to use and plug in the other.
no you can only link (SLI) for Nvidia cards only, or Crossfire AMD/ATI cards only. you cannot mix nvidia and AMD, and you cannot mix models, they have to be identical, 650Ti with 650ti, HD 7970 with 7970, OR in the case of AMD rebranded 7970, you can mix the 7970 with the r9 280x, and you can cfx r9 series with another r9 series of the same model.
basically any brand, as long as the model number is the same. however to be safe you usually get the same exact cards to not deal with possible clock speed problems and one cards limiting the other which i never heard of ever happening, but you never know, there is a first time for everything. (you see i have 2 different brand r9 280x, i have yet to experience any problems with them at all)

Hope some of this helped

ok Update to this question, Is it possible to link the nvidia 650TI with a Quadro FX 4600? They are both SLI cards..Not identical cards, but dont get me wrong the quadro fx 4600 is still a GOOD card...honestly for its age!
