ATI or Intel at a 170$ budget?

Which one would you guys recommend?

Gigabyte Superb 460w
Palit 9800gt 512 mb

I'd say get a 955 and a hyper 212+ and overclock it. Between the ones you have listed I would get either the 925 or 945. Its the same silicon as the higher end phenom II processors just with lower clock speeds and without the unlocked multiplier.
