ATI Radeon 1600XT higher than x300

Hello,
which is higher x300 or 1600XT?

Wow, that is going back a ways. I believe the 1600XT is slightly newer and runs a faster clock speed. I think it was a much better card and compared to the nVidia 6600 and 7600 series. If I recall correctly the 1600 was the next gen card. That goes back like 5-6 years though so I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm right
