If you read their review of the PowercolorR9800Pro it mentions 2.8ns memory capable of acheiving 350mhz overclocks, I think that was just a little laziness instead of writing 2.86ns.

Pick the one you are interested in and check the memory modules they found on theirs.
In general it should be the same Samsung 2,86ns memory modules that are on my R9600Pro.
