is there anyway to upgrade the driver on the ATI Radeon 2400 HD AGP ??

Under the Download Drivers section (Top right) select:
Component Category: Graphics
Operating System: {Your OS}
Product Line: Radeon
Product Model: Radeon HD 2000 Series AGP

The HD 2000 Series includes the HD2400

Use the omega drivers. If you want to use the ATI drivers then make sure you get the AGP-hotfix version. You can also google the ATI AGP hotfix to do it yourself, you know if you're like masochistic or something.
