Ati radeon 4850

Hello, I recently tried to clean out my Radeon 4850, I cleaned out the dust and the TIM and then reapplied some ceramique.
Now when I boot up the machine, artifacts are all over the screen,(as in letters and numbers and different colors). I open up the card again and the ceramique is all dried up near the middle. Any help would be appreciated.

BUMP. Need help here.

try to reapply thermopaste one more time, run OCCT stress test w error scanner. Watch the temps. Hopefully card is not static damaged.
