ATI Radeon 6870 Ultra Durable or OC ?

Hello, i have noticed that in shop i want to buy my 6870 are two versions of this card.
GV-R687OC-1GD - cheaper but with better clocks
GV-R687UD-1GD - more expensive with stock clocks

Which one should i buy? What is the main difference?

I suggest to get Durable,

OC version's clocks gives u maybe max 5-8 fps more in games.
