My latest PC build included this GPU. It plays most games on high settings and even some on ultra settings such as Tomb Raider. It should be able to handle the games that you mentioned on high settings at a decent FPS.

Crysis 3 is going to be a challenge. The x2 CPU will hold you back. I would suggest you try medium but it may need a little tweaking to get it to smooth out.
