ATI Radeon 9800 TV Out Problem

Hello.

When i connect my video card to the tv-out i get Black and White signal i changed to Pal and NTSC but nothing happened.

Someone told me to solve this problem by removing one of the 4 pins. I use a S-Composite/S-VHS Adaptor. Is this true? Which pin is the one?

You shouldn't use an S-Video to Composite adapter, the card was supposed to come with a dongle (3 inch cable) that connected two extra pins directly to a Composite cable.
