Hi everyone, I have Hp dc7900 Windows 7 64bit, and i installed the Ati Radeon hd 4300/4500, the display driver constantly crashes and recovered, help me with the vga properties, what should be the maximum resolution and maximum refresh rate and anything else that could solve the issue

You have a very old video card with the latest driver from 2013. That may be part of the problem with driver and game support. You could try uninstalling the driver and then use DDU to remove all old configs. Then reinstall the drives and give it a try.

If that doesn't help try reseating the video card. To reseat you need to shutdown and unplug. Then pull the video card out of the PCIE slot and put it back in. This helps get a better connection to the PCIE slot.

If nothing helps I suggest getting a new video card. Here is an R5 230 2GB card with the latest drivers and support for all games.

If you don't mind Windows 10 I can tell you that the only Win 10 driver for that card works great. It's only on WindowsUpdate (so installs automatically) and is dated 2015. Windows 10 feels lighter and faster than Windows 7 on slow old Core 2 as long as you have a reasonably fast disk, which is surprising. The only thing wrong with the driver is you get no Catalyst Control Center so it's only Windows' own display properties.

But you'd better hurry if you want the free update to 10, as it ends on December 31st.
