ATI Radeon HD 4650 does not work with windows 8 HELP!!!!

Ok i have Windows 8 on my computer the specs are ( p5pe-vm mother-bored 2gb ddr2 ram ati acotbos chipset) Ok so when i got the windows 8 driver 32-bit for my Radeon HD 4650 i intall them and it gives me a error saying " Your hardware was found for your system but encouterd a error trying to install your software" also in the message it said this software is not conpatable with this version goto the manufature website to get the right drivers. After doing all of this i cant find a solution and i cant play any games with open gl. I need help!!! Many thanks!

Thats what i have been doing i install the windows 8 32-bit version and when i do it in the devise manager it gives me a error

Don't do it through the device manager.

Just run the .exe when it's downloaded.

Do you have 32 or 64-bit Windows installed?

i ran the exe file and i have a 32-bit system

Run the installer and let it extract to a temp install folder, then cancel.

Now go into device manager and do a manual update and point to the drive folder with the extracted package.

This works for W7, W8, Server8/12 etc etc that has a driver but refuses to load.

Ok i did this and when i went into the devise manager and said i have a disk i clicked that and got a list of drivers and clicked on mine and it tried to install but again i get a error that said "windows found driver software but encounterd a error well trying to intall it" and at the bottem it agian saids The driver selected for this device does not support this version of windows

ok i got it fixed thanks to a old drver cd
