ATI Radeon HD 4800 Cannot install catalyst control

I've been looking for ways to have catalyst control installed on my pc for days now and whenever i try to download certain versions of this. I either fail to install the software or catalyst control doesnt recognize any AMD products on my PC. I have windows 7 ultimate 64-bit operating system.

have you tried this driver as you do not list what driver verison you have actually tried? last support for that card was back in 2013 any newer amd driver will not work

yes i have and it still wont work. But i habe installed the bersion that you recommended for me and now whenever i boot my pc i get a message from hydrovisiom saying... "AMD desktop manager is being uploaded because and AMD display driver is not currently running. If you have adminastrative privileges click "reset" to revert display settings "click" cancel to close the window with no changes". I try to cancel and keep changes but still doesnt work. If i then try to open catalyst my computer then glitches out and freezes. Then i would have to reboot my pc and then the same mag will pop up.
