ATI Radeon HD 4850, 2 Red Lights, No Display

Just built a new computer, but it doesn't work. When I power it on, the HD 4850 displays 2 red lights, and the fan doesn't even spin. I looked up what this could possible mean, and apparently it means the card is faulty or dead. I then stuck it into another computer, and it just so happens to work perfectly, meaning the card is not the issue. Anybody have any idea what the problem could be?

So, the card doesn't work in one machine but works in another. Did you try putting another video card on the mother board where the card doesn't work ?

Unfortunately you need to do some basic troubleshooting and need to have other parts to test.

That's a good power supply. It may be the motherboard, a loose connection or an improperly seated card.

That is a power fault. Either the card is not seated in the slot correctly, the pcie power plugs are loose/dead, or the PSU is broken.
