ATI Radeon HD 5850 not working after installing a new PSU

So I hooked up a new PSU, an EVGA 600 B 80 Plus Bronze (600 W) and now my ATI Gpu doesn't work. My monitor is receiving an input, and knows it is receiving input, but it is not displaying a signal. The PC boots fine, but the card will rev it's fan (goes normal speed and then speeds up) for a few seconds, and then go back to normal. The GPU was working just fine with my last power supply, and now won't work. I don't know if I need to switch anything on the actually monitor, for I am fairly new to this, so any suggestions are appreciated, even the ones that seem obvious.

First off, try your old power supply again, you don't even need to remove your new one only the cables, check they are all CLIPPED in correctly, if it works your new power supply is faulty.

Test the new psu with a multi meter

Double check all cable and leads are in correct and properly inserted

The power supply doesn't work anymore, like it will not boot the PC or turn it on at all.
