ATI Radeon HD4670 512MB

Was looking to get this cars but have heard that Gigabyte have decided not to include the necessary chip to automatically control the fan speed, This means the fan is on at a constant 100%. Can anyone confirm this or recommend a quiet hd card for me..

Checking the reviews on Newegg (91 reviews so a lot of opinions) shows that even when it does run at 100% it is still quiet compared to most other graphics cards.
