Ati radeon hd4670 not working

i bought a new power supply and a radeon hd4670 card today. after installing both of them, the card is not giving any response. i tried my old video card and it is working normally, but the new one's(hd4670) fan is not even activated. I didn't see any external power connections on the video card too
