I have a Gigabyte radeon 9800 Pro (128 MB)
When i install the driver package along with the ATI Control Panel
I cannot use the up, down, left ,right keys in games
some games get stuck some games exit on pressing these keys.
Please tell me what to do.
The error say >>> "Direct Input Error x0036688" etc.
Without the ATI Control Panel one cannot change the AA and AF settings for a game. I am using the latest ATI catalyst Drivers.
Does anyone has any solution ???

I always install the control panel but have never had that issue on any system. I'd be lost without the control panel, use it quite often. Don't know what's up with yours, sorry.

Open the ATi Control Panel. Select the Options tab, Uncheck the Enable ATI Taskbar Icon application option. It's a know bug. Don't forget to reboot before you try gaming.
