ATI Rage Pro

I have an older ATI 3D Rage Pro. After a recent hard drive and bios upgrade, my video has gone to crap. It is clear in the middle but blurry on the edges. Is the an indication of a bad card?

I'd say "older". It's freakin' ancient. Get rid of it and buy something newer.

If you're running a really high resolution (greater than 1024x768) then that's probably causing the display problems. The older cards all have slow RAMDACs.

AMD MAN you want my old Matrox 2mb ultima ?? lol, I have a AIW 8mb pci Rage pro also .. I keep it because the tuner in it for the TV is awesome .. some day I will put it in a system as a secondary so I can do vid capture with it from my camcorder I guess
