ATI underscan bug fix

Since the new 10.8 screwed up scaling for us HDMI users, I've been searching for a fix.

This program auto corrects your scaling when needed.

I've tested this on BFBC2 and it works. Just set it to launch at startup so it autoruns.

Doesn't work for me.... too bad too, this is a really annoying bug!!

The author says it uses the ati sdk to implement the changes. Maybe your mobility doesn't support that or something
