just wondering, can the single-card ATi x1900xTX work on the Asus A8N32-SLi?

and if it does, will it perform better on this A8N32-SLi ... or the A8R32-MVP?

i ask because i plan on getting a new pc ... built with those
and of course on an AMD cpu :p
please help :)
Thanks

:) ohh thanks

i was sorta leaning on the A8N32-SLi board earlier =/ haha
but only because it had the heatpipes on it... so i wasn't really sure if it would prove to be .. sorta cooler or beneficial =/

um, the (base spec) system i'm thinking of getting is:
--
amd 64 fx60
a8n32-sli ((now thinking of getting a8r32-mvp instead :p; thanks for info))
1gb ocz platinum (not sure what revision and such)
ati x1900xtx (single-card, not Crossfire)
--

if anyone has any suggestions, ... please please post 8)

thanks for suggestions and help above :D

Uh...

The A8R32-MVP "IS" an SLI board. It has the Crossfire 3200 chipset and is required for the ATI cards to work in SLI mode. If you're gonna by an ATI card, then buy the MVP board. Then if you want to go SLI later you can...

Dead Wrong and FUD!
The A8R32-MVP is not an SLI board, but a CrossFire board designed by ATI.

ATI cards do not support or run SLI
Yes...

SLI & Crossfire... I often call them both SLI... Kinda like every copier is a Xerox...

I deserve this
