SPeed, more speed, twice the pipes, and video IN. From ATI's own
product comparisons.

huh? ATI has only 2 different cards for next generation right now and that
is the x800 pro and the x800 XT Platinum edition. there is no x800 XT.

I concur. The OP was confused apparently.

So I left off the "Platinum Edition", it's still an x800 XT :) Both
core and ram are clocked faster, it has 16 pipes not 8. And this is
indeed comparing the X800 Pro to the X800 XT Platinum Edition. Which
isn't out yet.

I thought the X800 Pro had 12 pipes and a slower core and mem speeds.

Hm, my bad. Actually, I haven't found anywhere on ATI's site that lists
these specs. I recall reading a post here that it was 12 for the Pro
and 16 for the XT Platinum. The product comparisons don't show this.
The guides don't state which.
Still looking...

Correct, 16 pipes for the XT and 12 for the Pro, they are using 8 pipes
on there budget line.
Not surprisingly there are more manufacturers of video cards on the ATI
bandwagon these days. Specifications vary a lot, especialy when it comes
to memory and GPU clock speeds. Now lets just hope they are labeled
correctly when marketed :\ Pro is 12 not 8, XT is 16 and is eXtream,
unlike 12 that is just a Pro. LOL well you get the drift :D

$100

Remember: In the USA - it is dangeroud to draw or write about Heir Bush in a negative way. The police or SS are called, people threaten to kill you. (What country is this again?)

- 15yr old boy in Washington was disciplined for drawing such images.
- White House blows cover of an undercover agent because her husband said there were no WMD (before the USA started the war) - her job was finding terrorist. (This makes sense?)
God bless the land of the free. Where you can burn the Constitution... Ashcroft does it every day.
