ATKEX_cmd.exe application error

I was playing on my computer and left it to do some downloading and I came back 2 hours later to see I have no internet so I restart my computer and receive the message of
ATKEX_cmd.exe applicTion error
The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000774E17D2

I think I’ve narrowed it down to be classed as a Microsoft or windows service as I tried to isolate the possibilities but I’m not very sure

I have no internet access and I’ve run out of things to try from what I’ve found. If anyone can help me that was be greatly appreciated

Update, I uninstalled Realtek had audio and I no longer have the error messages but still no ethernet connection, I can use devices like my phone with internet just not my pc.
Any ideas

try reinstall your Ethernet driver.

My ethernet has an installed driver and it has a limited sign instead of a non existence sign at the ethernet part the bottom right but I’ll give it a go

I installed an ethernet driver to my pc via another computer but there hasn’t been a change in anything.
If it helps the computer says network cable unplugged although I have tried different ethernet cables

is there Ethernet port light turn on on the back of the computer?

if the cable is plug in and there is no light on it, it might be disabled in bios or windows? or it might have failed
