Atomatic repair hp pc desktop

when i turn on my pc it show that automatic repair and in a second it restart again by itself please help me to fix this problem

First thing to do is make sure that you don't have installer media in the computer (dvd, usb) when you restart.

After that, you'll have to run checks to make sure Windows isn't corrupted. Open an administrator command prompt (press the windows button, then type CMD, then right click on the icon and run as administrator) and use sfc /scannow .
