Atrocious experience with a PowerWalker VI 2000PSW UPS, the seller and the producer Bluewalker GmbH

I bought a UPS VI200PSW from th Italian e-commerce site named Futek-Flashnet srl on the half of April 2016.
UPS unit arrived at home after few days.
Apparently the UPS worked perfectly except the built-in display which flashed continuously and it was so fade to be unreadable. Luckily I was previously in direct contact with Bluewalker GmbH. They confirmed the device was defective and they suggested me to send it immediately back to the seller for a prompt change.
At this stage, only 3 days passed since I received the units. It was a clear Death-On-Arrival case.
I contacted the seller: after unbelievable questions about the competence of the return shipping costs for the device, bought with VAT invoice as a small professional, after 15 days they decided to cover the return costs.
After 1 month (half may 2016) the faulty UPS has not sent yet to the producer for a change or repair. Meanwhile I asked a direct help of the producer. He declared to be able to assist the faulty device (even if THEY insert it as faulty item in the market for poor or absent quality control), only if I, or better Futek-Fleshnet srl, paid for transportation costs.
Finally, after 1 month of useless discussions, anger and lost time, Futek-Flashnet srl decided unilaterally to annul the purchasing contract and giving me all the money back.
By its side, Bluewalker GmbH didn’t offer, as required, any direct support in order to change the faulty device at a completive price considering the horrible purchasing experience I had from the beginning but it preferred closing eyes and ears acting as nothing happened.
Not really matter about that, Bluewalker GmbH just lost a customer.
I am looking for buying another UPS of better quality.
The producer assistance has been totally unworthy of the reputation they had on the web. Bluewalker GmbH is a poor company which debate for few cents instead of covering easily and immediately all its products. If they like ruling a company in this way, who can prevent them !
I don’t like that at all.
Bluewalker GmbH produced and distributed faulty devices, introducing them in the market and selling as news and fully working.
They don’t care about the potential incompetence of the seller even if a huge black spot affected their brand and their supposed quality.
I discourage completely the incapable seller Futek-Flashnet srl as the producer Bluewalker GmbH. Not to tell of Bluewalker official Italian distributor which is out of reason expensive.
 
Funny that people get so heated up. I checked out the device you mentioned and I happen to notice that you posted the exact same negative review on Amazon.co.uk. Guess you went around and hit as many places as possible to post your negative opinion. To be frank, I couldn't even quite figure out who was to blame for what. All I could tell is that you eventually got all your money refunded. I'd call that a not-so-bad experience.
 
That's' your respectable point of vie. Mine was to get the device working because I need it and there are not many devices similar. Finally I got directly from Bluewalker about 1 month and half from the first purchase. Properly working. Therefore my suggestion is NEVER, NEVER give it up !!!
