Hi i finally got tired of my 1mb down max internet and got a att velocity hotspot and want to connect it to my home network. My router is a linksys wrt1900ac and i also just picked up a {TP-Link TL-WA901ND Wireless N450 3TER Access Point, 2.4Ghz 450Mbps, 802.11b/g/n, AP/Client/Bridge/Repeater, 3x 5dBi, Passive POE} hoping to use it setup as a client to do this. But alas its not working. Im sure theres a way this can be done. I just used that legendary search function on the ole internet and found a little bit but they all had to do with verizon usb dongles. Would the bridge with ap fuction get me what i wanted? Thanks in advance.

Start by defining "not working". Proceed in stages:
- does your hotspot work by itself?
- when you connect TP-Link (you configured it in CLient mode, didn't you), does it connect to the hotspot?
- when you connect a PC with Ethernet cable to the TP-Link, can you get Internet access? Can you get to the hotspot?

Last but not least: You'll probably have to forget about any port-forwarding.
