Attaching antenna to M2 wifi card

I recently bought a new M2 form-factor wifi card as well as an antenna for it. I cannot for the life of me get the antenna leads attached to the card.

I have pushed and smooshed to no avail. I'm starting to suspect that despite *looking* compatible that this antenna will never fit on this card. Any help would be appreciated.

On the offchance that the solution may be useful to someone else down the road:

I went ahead an ordered another antenna from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Rp-sma-Female-Pigtail-0-81mm-Wireless/dp/B0119DX04Y

It turns out there are are indeed different sizes of antenna connections because this one, much smaller than my original purchase, snapped onto the card contacst perfectly. Problem solved.

I just had the same problem. I bought the exact same wifi card and antennas. I had no idea there were different sized connectors. But thank you for your solution, it's definitely saved me a lot of headache
