Attempt to update bios failing

Hello everyone, i'm trying to update the bios to be able to use a kabylake, but when i go to the bios setup and try to run the flash pendrive, it does not appear on the setup, it's like the pc can't recognize that i plug the pendrive. My motherboard is msi h110m pro vh plus, anyone have the same isue?
