Attempted to install new hdd, Now cannot boot up

I recently attempted to install a new Seagate 1tb HDD and two new fans, however on startup I come up to a command screen saying to select my boot device. I have tried to just uninstall the new hdd and have just the old one but it still brings up the screen.

Not that I can tell, it just acts as though it's running the new hdd despite being unplugged. And goes directly to the screen asking me to select my boot device.

try switching the old hdd to the sata plug you had the new one in
