Attempting repairs loop

I cannot exit that bloodsucking attempting repairs loop.. Any grub commands for that?? Pls reply ASAP

you will most likely have to install windows or do a repair from usb or dvd source. since you have grubby boot, don't expect the boot dvd or usb to work.
