Looks like it is down for awhile, I can't get in at the moment either. I
saw 'you' over at the other forum when I was checking your post there.
You know that tophead or whatever his/her name is gave you some good
advice actually - in his/her second post - where they talked about
deactivate before uninstalling, checking registry, etc.
Yes, I know the registry is VERY scary, however, if you do the 'regedit'
thing and have it search for 'Chaos Empire' or any variations thereof, you
should be ok to just delete any registry key that has anything like that
in its name, after unistalling and before reinstalling of course, IF you
want to go thru all that again. Perhaps trying to copy over your
characters _without_ the (possibly corrupted) shared stash file (CE_MOD
folder within the SAVE folder) so you don't have to level them up again,
and keep at least what you are wearing/carrying.
Just a thought.
