Attention Popup Whenever I open Google Chrome

This doesn't seem to be something from google themselves, rather a scam of somesort. I have done plenty of system scanning including malwarebytes and spybot and nothing has come up.

get an ad block like ublock orgin.
check your dns server settings

It's junk/spam/scam. If you have a site that opens when chrome is launched, remove it. Try resetting the settings to default chrome://settings/ click on advanced to expand selections, scroll to bottom and reset.
