Randomly show this error "Attribute utility has stopped working".
Os-win10 pro 64bit build 1703.

it seems like something you wouldn't want to stop working.

try running chkdsk /f in command prompt (admin) - it will likely want to run it at a restart

try running an AV or malwarescan, just in case its not windows creating error.
