ATX-250-12z DR7 to DR2

The power supply in my HP Pavilion a6433w went out. It was an ATX-250-12z DR7, however I'm having troubles finding a DR7 online, could I replace it with an ATX-250-12z DR2?

I would suggest that a 380W Antec Earthwatts would be a much higher quality replacement.

Performance isn't my main focus. I'm more concerned about reliability as long as it can power the system. You still suggest this one?

Beats the heck out of those Dell OEM power supplies. It will last a lot longer and provide more reliable power. Go for it....
