Question atx-450w no name

i dont want to change it i have ati radeon 4650 1gb oc and pentium g630 4 gig ram 2 hdds 1 cd room .I want to buy rx560 4gb or 2 gb or rx 460 4gb or 2gb or gtx 750ti.If my psu can handle rx 560 4gb or 2 gb if it cant get handled by psu i buy rx460 4g or 2g if this cant be handled by psu uy it but if not i buy gtx 750t

it all depends on your PSU.

it can say 450W but can actually only deliver 300W and only 100W @12V. Given the label is somewhat correct I'd check that first.

all in all I don't recommend using a PSU of questionable quality. usually however any card that gets all of it's power over the PCIe slot could be fine (given the unit doesnt fail)

A generic atx 450 belongs in the trash. Buy a better psu then buy a gpu.

230V AC only means that it supports a 230V AC input - as is the standard in Europe.
it doesn't tell you about the output.

if that's all the PSU says, than I wouldn't really connect anything to it that requires a power connector since it's most likely complete junk. so GTX 1050 tops.

With a questionable psu, stay away from AMD cards. The only cards I'd have any sort of faith in that setup would be gtx750ti or GT1030.
