Currently, I am using an old Coolermaster HAF 912, and I'm looking at some point to upgrade to something new. I'm in the United States so I can easily get something from Amazon, Newegg, or the manufacturer's site.
I'd like something that can support 140mm fans but 120mm is fine. Tempered glass really isn't a requirement as I don't have a lot of RGB in my computer and really don't intend to spend extra money for RGB. I'm still deciding whether I want to set my computer on the ground or on my desk. I would most likely have it in a cart or something to raise it off the ground if I couldn't put it on my desk.
I had been looking into an NZXT H510 but I feel it's a waste of money for the tempered glass. What's a good recommendation for an ATX case that I could use?

Solution
Honestly, once you go much below H510 pricepoint (~$70), you start cutting corners.
You might not want/need TG etc, which is fine.... but go too cheap in price, and you get real cheap in terms of build quality.

Heck, some of the super cheap ($50 +/-) have internals that are not too dissimilar to the HAF912!

Cougar's MX330 ($46) is decent for the money. Still gives you a clear side panel, although acrylic I believe - but limited to 120mm fan support (x6 max)

MEtallic Gear Neo Silent has some similarities to the H510, for $50 (2x140mm + 3x 120mm, or 5x 120mm)...

I'll keep these in mind. I like how on these they have the cover for the power supply at the bottom. Unless I decide that RGB is where I would like to go, most likely I'll keep my eyes on one of these. Thanks!

Coolermaster HAF 912

If you are thinking about "upgrading" to NZXT H510 and believe tempered glass panel is a waste of money, what makes you want to upgrade? I have a machine running in Coolermaster HAF 912 case which I had bought about 5 years ago from Microcenter for $40 after rebate. It is a clean and simple case easily worth $70. Are there specific reasons which compel you to look for another case?
