Atx mid tower case under 50

I need a good atx mid tower case that can be compatible with the cooler master hyper 212 evo and and fit a gtx 1060

Cpu cooler clearance is 165mm (hyper 212 evo is 159mm)
Gpu max length is 310mm; not sure every gtx 1060 is shorter than that, but it looks like most are.
