Well, first off, I'm assuming you meant a Z97 board. Is it the Gaming 3, one of the UD types (note there's apparently a difference between UDx and UDx-BK models), or even one of the D models? Just from the pictures on Gigabyte's website (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/list.aspx?s=42&jid=0&p=346&v=23), the boards are not identical in their dimensions.
As for the standoffs...while the manual (http://www.corsair.com/~/media/Corsair/download-files/manuals/49_000178_revAA_200R_InstallGuide_EFGISRChJ.pdf) indicates that it has room for 9 standoff screws, whether or not they line up may also depend on the board's layout. For example, the GA-Z97 Gaming 3 looks like it has 7 standoff holes; the rear 3 should line up with the case, as well as the middle 3, but I'm not sure about the 7th hole. Again, though, it's hard to tell with drawings that may not necessarily be to scale.
