I am building my first rig in 5 years having a problem with power. PSU (Corsair RM750X) did not come with a eps/atx 4x 4 pin cable. Asus mobo guide says all 3 atx power ports need to be powered I have 24 pin done have 8 in done. PSU did not come with any other cable with 4 pins. In order to get build on track I bought one on amazon. Has anyone built a Asus X99 series build. Don't want to smoke unit before enjoying spent major $. Help Plz post or email grizzly717@aol.com

Solution
"The extra 4-pin power plug shares current with the standard 8-pin power connector to balance loads and provide ample margin to overclock Intel's latest CPUs to the limit."
So, if not OC-ing, plugging only the 8 pin power cable should be enough.
