BTX is a dead format, meaning no new motherboards are designed to use it. The boards and cases have the ports and backplate position on the opposite side of the board from atx. It takes a dremel to make an atx case work with btx, so avoid any case or board with this spec unless it's free. Last boards with btx design are old first generation core2 duo, such as e6550. Those boards won't even run newer core2 duos, such as the e8500.
