Audigy 2 ZS Platinum ?

Hey guys -

Zip Zoom Fly has this soundcard for 70 bucks after rebate.

Is this a good card? Im looking for something with optical out so it seems that i need one of these soundblasters with the i/o port.

All i do is listen to music through my cheap hometheater in a box(via digital out), then play games through headphones or stereo.

Want something good for gaming and audio.

Anything better for 70 bucks?
