I could have sworn someone posted about this already but I can't find it so I'll ask anyway???
My Audigy 2 card crackles like there's a spike every so often, nothing major just annoying sometimes.
All my levels are about 90-92% full up so I was wondering if any one else had a similar or the same problem?

Is it the card or your speakers/headphones? Have you tried your speakers/headphones on something else or tried a diff set of known good speakers/headphones on your soundcard?

this crackling can be caused by static electricity near speakers or headphones. try humidifying your house/apartment and that should take care of it. if not try plugging your pc into a different outlet and checking all your wires for loose/frayed connections.
